The O.P. should go to some of the sections specifically related to critique and learn what critique actually is. Having read his comment on the photos, I can understand the poster's problem. As far as blowback on UHH goes, what he got was mild.

I can apply it if people are nasty to me as well as others. I don't mind people disagreeing with me or others, I do mind when people use vulgar language or demean me or others constantly without offering suggestions, but to call me an imbecile or moron constantly is acting like a troll and I can label them. As I stated I hope you are just being argumentative and I am not labeling you.

Alan, your post before this one was so well said and well intended, I do want to thank you for that. Then you had to write this one and spoil the other one by becoming just what you were condemning in the first one.
