I have purchased several, hard to get at the time, items from them. Always friendly and gracious on the phone, and always prompt, accurate delivery. I have no hesitation in either buying from or recommending them. Best of luck.

I buy from Roberts frequently. They list most listings Fixed Price or Best Offer. Very accomodating on their acceptance of Best Offers.
I rate them highly, but their feedback is the real story here. I've been buying and selling on eBay Since the late Nineties. Roberts is one of the best.

I ordered a lens from them via eBay. The ad said Sony e-mount. Turned out to be an A-mount. They took it back, no question, no trouble. Haven't needed anything since, but from that experience, I will have no problem ordering from them again.

I have made three purchases from them and all were excellent transactions and the products were exactly as expected.

I've found Roberts Camera to be a good source for used cameras and lenses. Their descriptions are honest and right on.

I purchased a new Nikon 500 f4.0 VR a few years ago and it was fine. Just when the Nikon D4 was announced, I wanted to pickup a Nikon D3s while you still get one so I ordered one from Roberts Camera.
Well what a got was a camera that had been returned from someone who had used it (it wasn't a store demo); they hadn't even bothered to repackage everything as new. Well I called Roberts and luckily they had one more new one in the basement - LOL. I had to order the camera all over again and had two D3s's charged to me on my credit card (I was OK with that for obvious business reasons); but they really dragged their feet on giving me a credit for the new/used one I returned even though it was their screw up (you could tell just by looking at the box that it wasn't new!). Needless to say I buy from B&H Photo now...

I've bought a few minor items from their Ebay listings which were perfectly normal transactions. I think the real tell is that they have 104,000+ ebay feedbacks with a 99.7% positive rating. I believe (at least it used to be) that only one feedback from an individual customer was counted for these statistics, and if that's still the case then their rating represents that many individual customers and no doubt many more actual transactions.

I have dealt with them for many years..I shoot the INDY 500 every year and I always deal with them...they will do you right !!

I visit every time I pass through Indy and have made several purchases from them. They are a true camera store with a knowledgeable staff and I would consider them on par with B&H, Adorama and Central.
