New Nikon Sensors

The Nikon D850's sensor is made by a company out of Israel, TowerJazz. TowerJazz is partially owned by Panasonic. Their sensor technology is among the best. They also make sensors for some of the Leica cameras.
Will this be the new supplier for all Nikon cameras from this point on, or just their top of the line cameras?

Yes, I've heard about that. Getting parts for production is a complicated, worldwide operation.

Interesting and I can tell you I love my D850 the dynamic range is unbelievable.
