I have posted this young lady before, and as I go through old images, I find many that can be reworked, re-cropped, or generally given a new life.
Clothed image has the advantage for many reasons.
I would like you to elaborate.

Both photos are equally beautiful for me. The model has the look of a classic beauty, i.e., full lips, big eyes, classic long nose; what she is wearing is a side note.

With that pose I like clothed better -
The pose in the clothed photo is better giving a circular motion via the arm triangle.
It seems the focal point of both pictures is the model's face. The nude picture distracts from that.
Depends on whether you're doing a portrait to show her mother…or a nude/bourdoir shot. Both are nicely done…which one is "better" depends on your/her aims for the shot and/or the intended purposes for which it's being done.
The nude image is good, the clothed ones says "leave me alone, I have a headache!"

I hate being agreeable, but I agree.

I like the unclothed version better but probably for all the wrong reasons.
Her face to me isn't strong enough by itself though she does have beautiful eyes but you haven't brought them out.
She has very nice nipples, so they are her shining star but you should have turned her slightly or moved around a bit so we would see a bit of the other behind the close one. Then I would have turned the light WAY down on her nipples so we barely see them and lit her face well to hold our interest. Maybe brighter lipstick and bolder makeup to grab us more.
The clothes don't do anything?!

I see what you mean. Although I didn't "turn the light down", I did darken them and bring more emphasis to her face. I do like it better.

First image is much better. Second one sucks.

Sure, the composition, good model, posing, lighting for that pose. It is a nice spiral from left, where our eyes generally enter the frame. My route is in at arm around across eyes, face, hair down and around. The nice arm triangle on the left side leads-frames & gets you into the shot, the face and eyes are a nice focal point to pause, well described, then the beautiful hair with an elegant s curve leads your eye around and back into the main point, her face and eyes. Her chin gets the lighting it needs to compliment/ balance on the rest of her face, too.
The composition on the second shot wastes the left, face is overpowered by neck wrinkles and disorganized hair, breasts are too low in composition to be as effective a focal point as they could be. I’d bet you have some other good out-takes if you re-edit.
