PJ, those are awesome, I'll look into tea tree oil. I love it in my hair, but I can imagine what that would do for tender points. :D :D Jen


Another FM sufferer I see. I'm was a qualified Aromatherapist some 20 yrs ago and would never use Tea tree oil for fibro pain - too strong. Lavender, German Chamomile or even plain old Eucalyptus oil sometimes works on my pain points.

Yogi makes a kava tea that actually helps me relax a little when I am in pain and helps me stay asleep sometimes once I actually go to sleep and it doesn't taste bad or leave an after taste. I forgot to tell you that Jen.

Hey Janice , sorry I disappeared again. I went to my parents so they could give me a break from Christopher.

I've been diagnosed for almost 5 years now, I guess I didn't realize that everyone else didn't feel this way! Sure makes sense now, I never could pull a double shift at the bar. . . but everyone else could :) :) :) Jen
