Wow, not sure how much the fisheye contributed but what a gorgeous shot.

Thank you for your comments.
I got a Samyang 8mm.

I don't know if the fisheye actually gives anything to this picture.
I know that you can't use it every day, but I would like to see where you can use it. So I am trying it.

Ive been considering that very lens , it would be interesting to see a 30 sec wide open about 1200iso exposure of a dark sky !

I think that you would like it, for the price, it is a good way to get into fisheye. This company makes the lens that is sold under several names, so whatever one you get will be good, according to the reviews.

I would also like to see that. Unfortunately, I don't live near any dark sky areas, but that does give me something to think about.

I could stare at that picture for hours. It just draws you in and the fish-eye isn't over-done or intrusive. But it could give a little sensation of sea-sickness.

Thank you. I was afraid that it was overdone. I think that next time I will get closer to the ground, maybe eliminate some of the curves, but I don't know if that will work.
