Yes, just checked and it works fine on mine.
I spoke too soon. I can find no way to turn VR off. With my D5300 and D500 there is a menu item for optical VR which allows you to toggle the VR on and off. Not in the 7100 apparently. But otherwise it works just fine. If you don't mind the VR being on all the time.

Of course it will. Just look at the specs. A piece of advise, make sure you know how to use extreme wide angles because you could be disappointed in its performance.

The new "P" lenses work fine with some cameras, but not so fine with others.

I have one for my D7200. works fine. that being said, I'm giving it to my grandson. cheap price and a cheaply made lens.
