Here is my comment... not meaning to be derogatory in any way.
The head is very prominent from this angle, yet it does not exude femininity. The rest of the body is clearly feminine, so perhaps a different angle would be more complimentary of the subject. Earrings, lipstick, eye shadow, etc, may have helped (yes, I know, stereotypical; but that's our culture for you!).
Do you have any other poses?

Stan, I really like this shot. I don't even look at the playboy style shots posted here, they are pretty boring.
This shot actually has a little edge to it, I love edge!!! To me, the hallmark of true art.
Yes, she has short hair and maybe not the prettiest face, but she would be pretty darned hard pressed to pass herself of as a man!!! LoL
From what little I can see she looks extremely sexy.
I think you've done a great job and the close skewed camera angle and I assume fairly wide angle since almost the entire shot is in focus gives the face and hands distortion that adds to the look. It's almost like a style if you shot this way a lot! Looks like something Diane Arbus would have shot and has a strong film look as well. It makes a very strong B&W too. Maybe crank up the contrast in B&W and see what you get?

Cropahalic here.... crop just beyond the elbow left of photo then clone out the foot that may be in the cropped photo... focus on the upper body and face.

I like it. She’s not a classic beauty, which to me makes for more interesting images, and this one holds my eye.

I too like this one. She has nice skin tones and I always like the African school girl haircut, it is just very honest to me. Looks like she has a great body too. As with some of the other posters here, a little less prominence of the face, bodyscapes or simply a different angle. Presuming you can work with her again, how about having a little fun with some androgeny? Maybe give her a top hat, cane and a cigar. Nothing else of course! Or maybe find a make up artist to do some crazy David Bowie style makeup. Would love to see more of her!
