CHG_CANON Loc: the Windy City

The Circleville Pumpkin Show, Ohio's oldest and largest festival, started in 1903. The annual 4-day show attracts over 400,000 visitors to a small community of 12,000 people. The show opens with the offical weigh-in of the largest pumpkins from the area. The 2017 champion came in at 1,701 lbs.

Thanks Karin! I drove two states over to make the final day of this year's Show as well as making a 2-week midwest tour of the trip back to Chi town.

Thank you Ralph! I was there only on the final day with so so light, but still a great time. Maybe sometime I'll make one of the evenings and the parades that go on all four days.

Next year you should come for the Woolybear Festival in Vermilion, Ohio in October!
