There's a pathway at the rear of my house where at this time of year the leaves should have their Autumn colours by now. But even after Ophelia passed by the leaves are remain on the trees and are still very green.
I took a few photographs anyway.

Nice shots, and I see the same thing here. The second weekend of October is usually the high point of color, but there are lots of green leaves left. I'm taking an "autumn color" train ride today, and I'll see how the leaves look NW of here.
Nice attention to composition elements—leading lines in particular.
Jerry: please report back on the status of the foliage on your train ride. Would love to get a live report as I am planning to drive up to the Berksires fron North Jersey next week. Hopw to see some nice autumn scenes.

Looks like the scenery in Byfleet, Surrey where we enjoyed living for 3 years back in the late 60's. Memories, memories.
