with manual focus, no flash.

I prefer #3, but would like to see speedlight illumination a bit more diffused.

I don't know....to me No. 2 shows more detail. No. 3 looks blown out to me.

I tend to agree, which is why I suggest more light diffusion for #3. #2 is flat (less contrast), and #3 is a bit bright. Both can be improved with post processing.
