I just bought a Nikon D500, but have not been able to find any of the high speed XQD cards in stock anywhere except eBay for double the going price. I went to Roberts Camera website and found them to be out of stock, also, but decided to call them to find out when they would receive another shipment. It turns out that they do have some in stock, so I thought I would post here to let everyone that might be looking for one know. Their website is

Thanks!
I wish I need XQD cards for a Nikon D500.
Tried one a few months back for an event.
It was A.........(wait for it)..........mazing!
Supply has been overwhelmed by demand. Which is a problem, since Sony is the only vendor.
There doesn't appear to be any shortage of XQD cards of different capacity and speed on Amazon. I just recently purchased two of them for a fair price and free shipping and had them in two days.

For a camera like a Nikon D850, with each image in RAW at 100 Mb, you need a minimum of 128 Gb, more if you are recording 4k video or 8k timelapse. On Amazon, Sony brand XQDs are showing ships in 1 to 2 months. 64 Gb and 32 Gb are readily available, but do not have the capacity you will need.
