Meaning of numbers under photo contest pictures.

What do the numbers under the entries for the photo contest mean? I think one is the number of votes but I am not sure what the other one is. I'm looking at the photos after the contest is over. Thanks in advance for your help.

Everyone gets one voting point, but they can vote for more than one photo. If you vote for two photos, each gets one-half (0.5), voting for three gives each 0.33, etc.
The first number is the number of points it got. The second is number of people that voted for it.
