Cool, I realy like the one of the engine, I don't know if you framed it or not but the white cloud above the engine almost makes it look like the boiler is fired up, and she's ready for work.

Cool pics. I've always had a fascination for the old railroad work horses. I guess it's because I'm a rail road baby; both my parents worked for the PRR as did my father's father and his before him.

She is fired up and ready. She has been making the rounds for awhile now.

I am not sure if this is the same train, but I rode one of those on a short tour ride. It only went for a few miles and then reversed and came back. We were in open cars and the smoke came right in on the return trip. People would line up along the path to wave to the train as it went by. An altogether wonderful experience. This locomotive looks very well preserved. Great pictures and thanks for the memories.

thanks Swede, that is steam coming out of the engine, it was chugging along at a good clip with passengers. It's visiting this park for a few weeks. The park has it's own newer train.

Thanks SpyderJan, I'm glad you enjoyed some memories from these images. This train is visiting the park for a few weeks.
