Has anyone purchased from MPB.com camera
they gave me a comparable quote to B&H selling some used lenses . I decided to part with my sinar equipment as well, and only B&H would handle that, so to simplify things I went with B&H. Otherwise the interactions with them were very professional and courteous.
I used them to buy a used lens, at a very reasonable price. Quick shipping, easy to deal with.

I was wondering if anyone has purchased from this company. If you have, how were they to deal with. Most online reviews seem favorable. They have a lens I am interested in and most of the other companies do not have a used one in stock.
I bought a lens from them some months ago. It was as advertised, clean and has given good service. I would use them again if they had what I wanted.

I have worked with MPB in the US. I have sold and purchased equipment from them. I found them to be very knowledgeable and very reputable. They gave me a very fair value for my equipment and charged a reasonable price for items purchased.
I've purchased from them a few times, for cameras and lenses. They are fast and easy to work with. They can have great prices but double check with other online retailers as I have seen, on occasion, itymes priced way above what others are selling them for. The only "problem" I've ever had was when I ordered my FUji X-Pro1. It was a Euro spec model (even though I was going through their USA site) and it the charger only came with European plugs. Not a big deal, but if you are worried about warranties you may want to call them to verify if the item you are looking at is USA or not.

I have used them to both buy and sell lenses and cameras and found them a first class company to deal with
I would prefer to deal with reputable dealers like Adorama, Hunt, Cameta, B&H just to mention a few. If they do not have the lens you need and you decide to go with MPB you simply have to take your chances.
I've dealt with them more than a few times and have never had a problem. I used the NY site.

I have purchased a number of items from mpb.com since they started advertising in America. The items they show on their web site are shipped from their office in America even though their home is in the UK. I consider them just as reliable as KEH or Adorama or B&H who I have also purchased from. Here lately, they have had what I want when KEH does not. The quality as described in their write-ups are accurate, even though I never buy anything less than excellent or like new. I was a little wary at first but I have not seen any bad reviews. So far, they have my recommendation. They just don't have the long term reputation of KEH, B&H, and Adorama.
Bought a nice Tameron 150-600 lens from them. Good price. Packed perfectly. Rapid delivery. Very pleased.

I’m glad the OP asked for feedback on MPB. Every single time I do a search for any camera gear (which is much to often for my piggy bank’s health) MPB has it for a tempting price. I’ve been skipping over their ads because I hadn’t heard them mentioned as a “contender” before, but now I’ve heard good things about them. Thanks everyone.

MPB has had full page ads in the last few issues of Shutterbug and their Canon stock is posted on the Canonpricewatch website. Though I haven't any personal experience with them, a couple of friends have made purchases and seem pleased.
Have sold equipment to them a few times and was satisfied. They appear to have a high rating for selling used equipment.
