I was shooting with an X-Pro 1, X-E1 and then an X-T10. There was nothing wrong with the Fuji cameras or lenses. I wanted something with a fully articulated touch screen and better video and became intrigued with the Panasonic Lumix GX8 which I ultimately bought along with a 14-140, 20 1.7 and a no name fisheye. The X-T2 that you are buying should be a terrific camera. It was a personal choice and didn't reflect on the quality of the camera or lenses.

Amazingly, some folks have had much better luck with this lens. Rockwell thinks it is the bee's knees while others on the forum denigrate it for its lack of clarity. Go figure!
