For the past couple of weeks the atmosphere in our part of the Puget Sound corridor has been ash and smoke filled. Not good for those with breathing problems but the smoky air gave the moon a halo of "fire" look, something I did not expect when taken the picture at 4:00 am.

This photo intrigues me but I may be bias...so your comments are welcome!

I don't see any trees..., should I be looking for the forest?

Yep, they are there, but you have to look!
