what is your take on this photo, dig deep into your openness of mind, if you will..
Thank you for your thoughts & partaking in this search of mind in each other!

Christina,

An often overlooked vantage of the world around us. All to often we try to capture that "perfect" image when all one must do is look at the everyday around us from a different angle or point of view. I did one very similar while on a trip to Fort Frederica National Monument in St Simons a year ago. Keep doing that "different" point of view captures. This is the original image and while I will admit to a bit of post processing in Lightroom on a published version, I only did so to highlight the sun through the moss.

I don't mean to hijack your post, I like your capture a great deal. I just wanted to let you know you aren't the only one that does "different" !!

Looks like a squirrel maze to me. I can visualize them playing chase between the branches. Great visual, first thought it was a downed tree, then realized I was looking up.

Christina, My mind went from a hand held fan, to a fallen tree with new growth coming out and reaching for sky.

Nice shot. An unusual angle for a common subject.

If I reverse what I see as positive/negative forms - I see beautiful greens radiating down into the darkness.

Or could it be radiating to the root of the garden? 😀

Obviously, said Oblio, it's a view of the pointless forest and, as the pointed man said, "A point in every direction is the same as no point at all"
