Yes it is. They make a 19mm 30mm and 60mm for Sony E mount.

I have the 50mm/1.8. I use it on the a6500 and have been getting excellent results - optically as well as the stabilization. Both the AF and the DMF work well. I tend to work a lot manually for precision focus and find the combination of AF+DMF excellent with this lens. I would really recommend this lens

To me the 18-105 is a G (expensive) lens that is only aps-c (primarily). If I ever want to full frame the lens would not be very useful.

If you think the 18-105 G is expensive - forget about going FF !! Been there, done that. FF is not worth it, if cost is even a consideration.
