you will get alot of answers to your question, they will ask much the same as I will. #1 how much do you have to spend.
#2 what do you know about Digital Photography
#3 are you ready to step up to a DSLR or do you still want to play with a point & shoot camera.

Do you want to stick with a bridge camera or are you open to interchangeable lens camera? Do you have a brand preference or does manufacturer not matter? Do you have a set budget or is cost not a major factor? Answer those three questions and the forum will definitely be able to advise you on the ideal camera or cameras to choose from.

The limited information you provided makes answering your question difficult.

However the Nikon D500 camera coupled with the Nikon AF-S Nikkor 200-500mm f/5.6E ED VR lens is a wonderful combo for wildlife.

I can verify that. I have that camera and lens and am very happy with the combo. New, that would cost you roughly 3200 to 3400 USD depending on where you bought it.

I have never used the D3400, but I have read reviews here on UHH that recommend the D3300 over the D3400, but you would have to do your own comparison.
Neither the D3300 or D3400 have the AF system, sensor, or processor of the D500 but both will give excellent Image Quality.

I'd look at factory refurbished before used.

Time for you to do some research on your own. Go to the manufactures web site (i.e. NikonUSA) and read about the cameras and lenses yourself. Then, if you have any specific questions, ask at that time.
