Beautiful Shots, Thanks for sharing....
Wow! Thanks to everybody for keeping this thread going. Pumpkins, trees, lakes, cows; the photos just keep coming.
The pumpkin photo got me thinking about a pumpkin photo of my own.
The second photo is of a house my wife says if it is ever for sale we must try and purchase it!
The last photo is framed and hanging above my bed.

Took me all day to make this so I had to take a nap!
This was late color for us
We don't have much in the way of fall colors in Houston - but we have pumpkins!! Here is my daughter and her pumpkin!! Canon T2i 18-55mm lens.
Victoria and pumpkin
Gorgeous photos peeps! I signed up w/ a talented group I must say. The color here in my area of Upstate NY was rather lackluster this year, I think it was all the rain we've had. I rarely get the effect I want when taking fall color photos, never seems to do them justice. I'm currently using a Canon 10mp P&S & have tried the 'Foliage' & 'vivid' settings, as well as using a lower ISO to no avail, But here are a few of my faves from past yrs...
My fave; this is the road I live on (before the town came through and pushed the endge of the road back) I have it matted & framed on my LR wall, but as I was only using a 4 mp at the time, it is only an 8x10. (too bad, always thought it would make a neat mural)
On a walk down my road... (remember to look up!)
On a wknd trip to beautiful Lake Placid NY, looking out from Main St. over Mirror Lake.

Here's one from my yard a few years ago. My neighbor a couple houses down, saw it and thought I was working in the yard. She looked out a couple hours later and saw me still in the same position, and came running down the street to see if I was alright....;0) She gave me h**l about that when she saw what it was. I had a lot of people stop and take pictures of it. It was a big hit in neighborhood.
