helmeted guineafowl--these guys were everywhere!
Black storks at sunset--this happened so fast and the lighting was weird and my shutter speed should have been faster--but I still like it!

Nice collection. When we went there, at first other people in the group would grumble when I would ask that we stop so I could take a picture of a bird. Soon they learned that birds were more plentiful than the big mammals they wanted to see and were so colorful. By the end of the trip they were asking to stop so they could see one of the beautiful birds there.
What a beautiful array of images....it must have been exciting to be there.
Great photos, you certainly saw a wide variety of bird species on your trip.
