What I love about marigolds is that they are hardy flowers and their colors transition right into fall! Lovely set, Cathy and I like the swirly effect that surrounds your main focus flower! Nicely done!!

Thank you, Angela! These are from another experiment of mine, wanting to see what the swirly creative aperture would look like in different compositions with these flowers. Now I know.

Beautiful, Cathy, and I love the swirlies! Those backgrounds are so cool and make the marigolds pop. I love the last shot with the one flower perfectly in focus and the others gently blurred. Simply gorgeous!

I like that effect too, Jane. One of these days, I'm going to test out the other creative apertures outside on the Marigolds, and it had better be soon since we're running out of Summer. lol!
