Very nice set, Cathy, love the backgrounds your captured on the first two and thanks for sharing your ebay find... good deal!!
These are so pretty, Cathy! I've thought about getting the fisheye optic, but I already have one that's not a Lensbaby. I wonder if there's a difference between the two...
Just beautiful, Cathy! I love your blurred backgrounds that make the subjects pop in the foreground. The fisheye shot is very cool, but I already have a non-Lensbaby fisheye that I don't use too much. Thanks for the link. I'll have to think about that one!

Donna, I thought the same since I also have a non-lensbaby fisheye!
Interesting selection CathyAnn!

Hope your Fla. trip was great! Enjoyed all of these. Love the way the flowers look sprinkled out or tossed out in that last one. Thank you for showing us this lens.

Thanks for commenting, Angela. That is a real good deal on the optic. Since it is such a good price, it didn't hurt to post the link just in case...

I actually have no idea if there is any difference, Donna! As I'm sure you know, Lensbaby also has a fisheye lens. I bought the optic since I can't imagine why I would want an expensive fisheye lens. I do know that fisheye lenses (non-Lensbaby) can be used for landscapes that don't have that tell-tale circle. I've only played with my optic a couple of times. I ought to go out and try it at different distances and apertures to see if all shots are circular. That would be a big difference. I'll have to check it out soon.
The smoke is very bad in town today. I've had to go outside a few times, and it wasn't pleasant! I have my computer set up near the front door, and I can smell smoke here. It's very pervasive. That stuff really bothers my sinus linings on down to my lungs, and my eyes can really feel it too. This is typical of all of us living here. I see some people walking down the street, and I don't know how they can do that, but the pedestrian traffic is minimal. One of my friends walked only a short block to the post office. When she got back home, she told me she had to use her inhaler which she avoids if at all possible - she has asthma.
Maybe tomorrow the smoke will be gone for awhile so I can go out to take some pictures.

IMO, it's only worth it when it's at such a low price, Jane. I just responded to Donna's comment where I talked about my thoughts on the matter of the fisheye optic vs. non-Lensbaby fisheye lens. I'll just have to take it out to experiment with it in order to see what it does. Now that I'm thinking about it, there are no aperture settings and it doesn't take the discs. The only adjustment I can make is focus. Hmmmmmm....... This will be interesting.
