I shoot film 2 or 3 times a year just to remind me how much more work it was. I love this Rollei. I bought it in 1974 for $200 and used it for weddings in my early days. The camera was used when I bought it. It's built like a tank and works well even though its taken a few spills. I used it for the first wedding I shot and I brought it along to the last wedding I shot in 2010 and ran a roll through it. It worked just fine. I went totally digital with my studio in 1999.
My old friend Norm Mingo would be rolling in his grave seeing what you did to his Alfred E. Newman, still, takes courage to make fun of your face that way - thanks for an old time giggle - - -
I shoot film two to three times a month, or more frequently, just to keep in mind how much I love it.

Hi Alfred, My alma mater had several less expensive RollieCords (which I loved using) for use as campus photographers along with 2 - 4 X 5 Speed Graphics and an 8 X 10 Air Force enlarger in the darkroom. My first wedding as a complete amateur was with a much cheaper TLR, a Jap copy that the groom, a fellow employee of Kenro, a Photocopy manufacturer - who had a serious mental problem with handling strangers at his wedding ( or anywhere ) said he would rather take his risk using me. That was the start of a very successful part time business for me in my younger days - - -
By far my favorite film camera. I have three. my first Rollie was a Rolliecord which I purchased from a pawn shop. I still have it plus three Rolleis.
Now I shoot digital as well. i used to have my own lab, so I processed my film and enlarged it.
