If you look at the download you will see there is no blood anywhere on the seats and none of the airbags deployed. That means the vehicle was stationary and not running when the collision occured. Likely a parked car hit by a drunk driver or some such. I was a licensed insurance adjuster for 14 years and saw many vehicles like this one.

Agree with Shooter. No blood seen nor any air bags deployed. Conclusion: No one in the vehicle and the car was not running. Good photo. Mahalo for sharing.
