Well, you have me by a few years, but not much. Don't worry about Photoshop. However, when you have the opportunity to shoot landscapes as well as you do, the only recommendation would be to use shutter priority and set your shutter speed to 1/500 sec or faster. Depending on the light of the day, you can adjust your ISO speed to ensure that you have enough light at that shutter speed for cloudy days. Assuming that you are using a lens of less than 200mm, this will take away the hand shake and give your images a real sharpness. Other than that, just keep on what you are doing because your eyes still see the shots.
