Just open up Picasa. It will find and catalog your pictures.
File/Add Folder to Picasa is what you need if it does not pick up the folder.

No, I have a bunch of Pictures, that are on D: but I want to select the Pictures that I put on Picasa.
You can add individual files, folders, or entire drive to Picasa.
For folders and drives, use File/Add Folder to Picasa.
For individual files, use File/Add File to Picasa.
Use the same method to REMOVE items.

That is what I wanted to know, Thanks
I have Nikon Picture Project that transfers my pictures from memory cards to my PC, then my Picasa 3 picks up the pictures from the NPP and files them in itself. This works very nice for me.

Before you do that find the "Preserence" or "Settings" option; this will let you name "D:" or create a folder under "D/" in which Picasa will store all your photos.
Good point! You have to tell Picasa 3 which folders that you want it to access, or it will file every photo on your hard drive, which, for some of us, might not work!
