During a rainy and dank Wednesday at Oshkosh (my 'Day 3' post) One of the pics I posted was the Twin Tiger aerobatic team (Yak-50s with tiger graphics). The announcer said the best pic(s) of their signature maneuver, "The Butterfly", would win something if they sent it in to, I thought, the website....couldn't find anything there so I tested a guy listed (manager?) who gave me an e-mail to send it to. About 1/2 hour ago I got an e-mail saying "Crazy picture! Send me your address. I have something for you." Here's a copy of the pic so you don't have to look for it. Specs - 70 mm, f/5.6, 1/160 using a a77ii and 70-400 Gii, both rented form LensRentals. I think I'll start saving my money for a pair after I get my car paid off (maybe even sooner)!!!

Thanks :) It wasn't that fun wearing a poncho, though. The airshow was eventually delayed for about 1/2 hour, but by the time it started again I was at a Cessna/Continental BBQ (my brother co-owns a 182) Each time the Blue Angels flew I took more than 1,600 pics. Also, on another post (I think), a trio of bombers - a B1, a B-2 and a B-52 - the first time they'd flown together in formation.
