Obama signed the spending bills, regardless of any rationalizing for why the House and Democrat controlled senate sent them to him. And many of those spending bills, while legally started in the House, actually came from the White House. or were instead spending increases by administration-controlled agencies.

You have no idea how I feel about Obama. My feelings demonstrate how I feel with regard to those who ramble on without recognizing the mitigating factors.
Take this little list and decipher it. See who was in charge of Congress. See what actually contributed to the spending. At the same time see how budgets are formulated and who ultimately influences it. Put your political bias aside and check things out. Things are not as cut and dried as you apparently believe.
Pay particular attention to the ranking of the presidents and who controlled Congress, coupled with some knowledge of so called abnormal influences. Certainly there are multiple sources to get the gist of things.
