No. The larger the sensor, the bigger it prints and better results.
with larger sensor, will get essentially the same detail but slightly more DR and slightly less noise, depending on ISO setting needed. Noise, in particular, becomes a problem, because sharpening make noise worse, and noise reduction also chews away at detail.

The question was bigger sensor better larger prints? The answer is yes.

Actually, several questions were asked, the last one being

I understand shadow detail is better because the bigger pixels have more info. so to speak and the FF would have a more sensitive sensor for lower light, but would sharpness be the same?
and the answer to the sharpness question is "probably same".

Slightly? I think its a bit more than slightly. Agree that the biggest difference is noise at higher ISO, though.

Show us examples then...don't just assume...oh wait...you are an ass, so never mind.

I did. Those are from a FF camera. I asked you to post images and see which have the best IQ. Do you believe a small sensor is better than a FF sensor? Show us your images.....prove me wrong.

Yes, and the electronics inside a camera also matter.

I always thought the sensors are part of the electronics inside a camera.

I am not sure if my examples are even close to your shots detail wise, but M4/3 can get pretty good detail and sharpness.

Of course you could not advertise it.....you are a small handed, weak, little man. No defficiencies little man. I want the best IQ possible and can hold a FF camera.

Lets see your toy camera and little lenses get an image better than this one, for example:(click on it!)

I like the best possible detailed images I can get......your small camera is not up to the task. But of course with your little hands you could not even hold that setup for 1 second! LOL! And stop been so obsessed with my ass....its uncomfortable.

Those look fine! Still think the FF images are better, specially when light conditions start to degrade. Those two examples are in very good light for what I can see (ISO 200). The two images I posted where at double that ISO 400. A smaller sensor would start to struggle as ISO goes up. Also....you know how to take images. The other idiot here is a mediocre, smartass, loud mouth that could not take a decent image even if his life depended on it. Thats why he evades posting anything when confronted.

You also could. They are yours not mine, obviously. Your images are mediocre...thats why. Reality can be hard for some, specially loudmouths like you.
