Ordering from B&H

B & H customers are very loyal. I know why ever since I became one 8 months ago. They go out of their way to satisfy their customers regardless of cost. In order to achieve such success I am sure their control of their operation is absolute. So don't worry. Their observance of their religion is also absolute. But that is the price we have to pay.

Thank you and fellow members who had kind things to say and shared their positive experiences with B&H Photo. At the risk of appearing to abandon this thread today, I will be attending my grandsons wedding this afternoon and probably will not get home till 2 a.m. so I wont be able to read or further contribute till tomorrow morning. I can only hope that by then the issue will have been resolved and that everybody plays nice here till we hear from Lou again, LOL!

A couple of weeks ago I ordered a Manfrotto tripod with a ball head. The ball head came first, day later the tripod. No problem at all. I am sure you will get the second package in a day or so. I have never had a problem with B & H.

I have purchased from B&H and Adorama a lot and have never had a problem. If you called B&H I am sure that your problem was taken care of and that you are 100% satisfied. B&h has great customer service, if they didn't they wouldn't be around as long as they have been. Give B&H another chance and you will be very happy with their service.

That was what happened in my instance......ordered tripod and a head and they came on separate days and complete invoice was in first box on day one.....also the box was marked as one of two

B&H is own and run by observant orthodox Jews. It is closed to observe the Sabbath from sunset friday to sunset Saturday. There website will not even tak orders during this period of time.

B&H just responded to my email and, as many of you suggested, indicated the two items were shipped separately. Kudos to them for their quick response and thanks to all of you for your responses, advice and reassurances.

I have used them for years and the limited problems I have encountered have been taken care of with no problem. I recommend them highly.
