Catgirl...you need to get outside..I cant imagine the costume you musta had on to fool your sister?
this is as native as it gets...and where I am going this morning to volunteer. It is the Bowman's Hill Wildflower Preserve which is actually a MUSEUM of the native wildflowers and trees of the area. It is really amazing since the area of the preserve has a wetland by the river, that goes to a meadow and then up a hill to Bowman's Tower allowing a wide variety of things to grow there, over 800 species.
I have an idea for something else today but I have to get going if Im going to get it for ya.

Thanx Nan and also thank you for your volunteer project. Know what you're going through, I was raised in wetlands.
Might not be socially accepted but I go out and dig up wild flowers and plant them here. Even found chives several times.
