LOL, I wish, I was afraid to actually take a shot, I didn't want to spoil the moment, or as it turned out.....20 minutes!
Totally Awesome! Did he find what he was looking for?

Tracey you could send the photo to Birdtalk magazine. They would most likely use it & pay some money...& Who couldn't use some. LOL
The cockatoo is called a Galah or also Rose-Breasted.... I live with one who owns me. His name is Porter and I would pay for this photo. Outstanding
Made my day. I think the bird wanted a " full frame" photo.

I went away last week for a few days of shooting wildlife.
I didn't take this pic, my girlfriend took it of my camera and a very curious cockatoo!
Wow! Talk about a "birds eye view". Exceptional shot
Great capture! and "Birds Eye View" is a great name for it! Send it also to Jay Leno on the "Tonite Show" he likes things like that.
Great photo, right place - right time.

Tracey, where was this picture taken? If you don't mind me asking.. I'll be in FL next month to visit my mom, and just wondered if its some place I could take her to see. Thanks in advance.
That is a priceless photo for a photographer to have of another photographer.

cosmo 54 there are so many absolutely beautifal botanical gardens, japanese gardens, wildlife sanctuarys, etc all over florida( a great reason to move here besides the weather and no state income tax) where in florida will you be. My sugestion is go to visitflorida.com they can refer you to the local nature sites in whatever arrea of fla you will be at.
Wow a nice one of kind photo! was that macr lens so you take a birds eye picture ?? what kind of lens was that?
have a great day.
There is no way that one could really plan for a shot like this. Nothing like being in the right place at the right time with camera ready to shoot.
One of the bird magazine ie, Bird Talk would probably be interested in the photo also.
LOL.......... :) I started laughing as soon as I saw it! Definetly a keeper..........
