I bought and returned the Fuji X-T20. It was too small and I have small hands. I replaced it with the X-T2 which was a much more comfortable fit. Both cameras produce excellent images.
Sorry, I have looked at the Fuji XT10 as a backup camera for my XT2 and found a used one on B&H. I would highly recommend the XT10 since it offers a intro into Fuji and their lenses and has a first generation X trans sensor and Fuji's film simulations. A possible issue is if you have larger hands the XT10 may be a little too hard to hold since the grip is shallow.
From a lifetime with Nikon to Fujifilm.
Shooting with X-T2 and loving it

Perfect, I could have wrote this word for word we are on the exact same path! I was a Nikon snob and its all gone, love Fuji.
I agree completely. Currently wallowing in Nikon gear and wishing I wasn't. The Fujinon 23mm f2.0 is a street shooter's dream, 35mm FF equivalent. I have that and the 18-55 (world's best kit lens).

I to sold my Nikon Fx camera and assorted lenses after I bought and used my Fuji XT2 and couldn't be happier. I shot Nikon for years and loved their cameras and lenses. However, since I primarily shoot landscape the Nikon equipment became too heavy to carry up steep trails. I have not skipped a beat with my Fuji equipment and have continued the same clear shots and better color rendition. As mentioned, Fuji is known for their firmware updates that offer a multitude of new features. (The last upgrade on the Fuji XT2 and X Pro 2 added 30 upgrades.) Finally, Fuji's lenses are second to none and are at least as good as my outstanding Nikon FX lenses.

Yeah, Fuji updates. I have an X-E2, and the 4.00 firmware upgrade was so extensive they had to rewrite their owner's manual! Great company, great products.
Some usually unmentioned points about Fuji.
Fuji has never used Low Pass AA filter because of their unique sensor technology... attributing to their sharpness.
Fuji Glass with EBC (Electronic Beam Coating) is exceptional. I got rid of my Hasselblad when Fuji medium format introduced EBC coating in the 70's
Fuji aggressive firmware evolution will usually take you past two next generation versions. I used my X-E1 through the same features as the X-E2s by firmware enhancements only.
Now add all the other stuff people mention here.
Fujifilm X trans smokes many others.
Thank for your response to my Fuji t10 question.
Yes, the Xt10 size a concern for me. Thanks.
Thanks for your input, re: xt10.
