I have liked snakes. I was bitten once when I was 11 years old while following behind my father, who was going through high weeds on a bulldozer. I never saw the snake but assume it was a copperhead since they are very prevalent in South Carolina.

Me either Mike but you have to admit, if one must look at one, isn't a nicely done photo the best way to view it?

GOOD snake = DEAD snake.
BAD snake = LIVE snake... (or most politicians).

Hello Bigmike1

Being bitten as a child is bound to color your opinion of them. Thank you very much for viewing and for commenting, really much appreciated.

Hello dpfoto

I actually find snakes fascinating creatures and try to photograph them wherever I find them. However I don't have to live with dangerous snakes (or politicians) Thanks for looking.

I might add for your information that it feels about like being stung by a hornet....not a good feeling.
