So often I am indoors, air conditioned in God Blessed Texas, and need to immediately take pictures outdoors. Depending on heat and humidity, the whole camera will fog, lens especially. I do not always have 10 mins to leave it outdoors before I need it. Often, its pics inside, immediately walk outside and pics again. Does anyone have any tips for dealing with the fogging issue?

There is nothing you can do other than to pre-warm the camera before going out. If your indoor temp is 72 dry (relatively speaking), and the outside temp is 95 and 98% humidity, you will get condensation. Keeping your camera gear closer to the outside temp and humidity will reduce and likely eliminate your condensation issues. If you have a sunny window, warm kitchen, a window you can crack open to let some heat and humidity in, like a bathroom window, you can really minimize. The entire gear - camera, mirror, glass surfaces, outside lens barrel, camera exterior will all be moist in your situation, so merely coating a lens or a viewfinder with some anti-fog solution is not going to help you.

Just an FYI. I've experienced the fogging lens issue and it happens only to the front element. Actually, it only happens to the UV filter I always keep in place in front of the front element. I suppose the other internal lens elements are well enough sealed to keep out moisture as even the back element does not fog up.
