Very nice bloom.
If you are a big fan of rhododendrons you may be interested in a place in Sandwich, MA (Cape Cod) which has and antique auto museum but also an exhibit of many, many types of rhododendrons. If I remember correctly the plants are the result of one man's intense interest in rhododendrons. He became a well recognized expert on them. I cannot recall his name.
Edit: His name was Charles Owens Dexter and became known for his hybridizing of rhododendrons. The museum has about a hundred acres of blooms.
Quiver tree, Keetsmanhoep, Namibia. It is the national tree. However, it is not really a tree, it is a giant succulent.
Note the huge weaver-bird colony nest on the lower left of the umbrella.

Very nice. I really like the Mack and the Studebaker.
I walked down to our neighborhood pond yesterday to play with my new camera and to see what I could find. I was able to capture of few shots of this Blue Heron before he decided I was bothering him.

Sure is. About 1/2 the leaves have gone from our liquid ambers (I think all native Australian trees keep their leaves all year round) and maximum temps are 20-23C (High 60's to low 70's). It's a good time of the year.
The pic was shot a week ago in our back yard.
I like that. Nice capture.
