That's perfect! She's a beauty, too!

Thanks, phv. She's getting on, fifteen or sixteen, near as we can figure. But never too old to act silly, lol! Glad you enjoyed this one, and thanks very much for your kind comments and visit, they're much appreciated!

A masterful creation Randy, the matching colors are fantastic.

Thanks, Mike. Just a fun candid with a touch of background work. Thought about changing the color of the feather to stay in step with the song, but because it worked so well with her eyes, left it as it was. Glad you liked it and hope it brought a smile.

Thanks for visiting and your very kind words, I always appreciate it!

Very good Randy, love the feather on her head....

Thanks, Val. A feather toy dropped one of its feathers on her head, and she seemed oblivious, so I managed a quick snap before she got rid of it, and the Barry Manilow tune came immediately to mind, lol.

Glad you liked this one, and thanks as always for your kind comments and visit, they're always much appreciated!

Nice capture Randy. She has to be one of your dark ladies.

Thanks, Hal. She's the darkest of them all, lol! But clearly she knows how to accessorize! ; )

Glad you enjoyed the shot, and thanks for the kind comments and visit, they're always greatly appreciated!

Thanks, Bob. One of my Dark Ladies was playing with her (the cat adores her) and dropped a feather on her head. The cat didn't seem to care, and lucky for me I was only a couple of steps away. Whipped out the cell phone and got this, to everyone's amusement. Not the best shot, but certainly a fun one. Cats never get too old to act foolish, lol.

Thanks for the kind comment and your visit, I'm always grateful.

Love it Randy! Great colour match with her eyes.

Thanks, Sylvia. The color match was entirely accidental. The toy she was playing with dropped it on her head and she didn't notice right away. I did (as did everyone else) and while laughing, I managed a quick cell phone shot. But the match was almost perfect. Didn't do anything to change either of them, lol.

Just a fun shot, but glad you enjoyed it. Thanks as always for your kind words and visit, they're always very much appreciated!

That is such a cool shot. The chartreuse feather matching the eyes, really makes it a captivating image. Very nice job.

Thank you, Mike. The color match was coincidental, but worked quite well. She'd been playing with a feather toy, which lost a feather and settled on her head. She didn't notice right away, giving me time for a quick cell phone shot. Not a high quality photo, but fun enough to post it. Glad you enjoyed it.

Thanks for your visit and kind words. I'm grateful!

Thanks, CathyAnn. This one made everyone laugh, while she sat there oblivious. Surprised me she didn't get rid of it right away, but at least gave me time to get out the cell phone and grab a quick snap. A laugher. And of course the immediate connection with that old Barry Manilow song (who but Lola wears feathers in their hair?!) came right to mind. So... LOL

Glad you shared the laugh, and thanks as always for your visit and the kind words. Always much appreciated!

Thanks, Badapple (great avatar name, lol). I'm glad you enjoyed this one. Her eyes and the feather matched almost perfectly, and was completely coincidental (I'm not beyond staging something like this, lol, but in this case, it was totally unplanned). The feather just fell on her head and she didn't notice it for several seconds, giving me time to grab the cell phone and get a shot of her.

Thanks for your visit and positive comment, it's very much appreciated!
