I've been using Topaz fo about a month without ptoblems. Over past several days some of the programs are not applying the edits I made to the picture. All seem to be not working except Denoise and In Focus. I've contacted Topaz, but thought that maybe someone here might have an answer as well.

I'm using Mac, up to date- Sierra 10.12, and Photoshop CC also current update

Fran, maybe a bit more info. Exactly which plugins are not working? Is the effect not applied in the plugin preview or is it not applied when you click OK and open in Photoshop. Some of the plugins like Impressions and Textures will not show the effect if you have "Original" selected in the view. Hope someone else can also weigh in on this issue.

It shows up fin within the topaz preview. When I hit ok it is not applied to the image in photoshop. This has occurred with simplify ( but not all of the options), glow, restyle, mask so far. In mask I isolated the flower an put it on a black background. after I hit ok, the photoshop image is unchanged. If I click the eyeball on the original so I can only see what mask did, I see the isolated flower only and a blank background, it did not apply the black. . I'm walking away from the computer now as my frustration level has hit an all time high

That is quite puzzling. I would try a re-install of one of the plugins, say Restyle, to see if that corrects the problem.

KIS, Keep It Simple, just download the Topaz plugin package and install, it automatically accepts the S# as tho you are updating... why you are having problems... is a who-cares thing... as long as it clears up with reinstall.

And for fun... does it occur in other edit programs... PS may be problematic!?

Yooper 2 Loc: Ironwood, MI

My In Focus has never worked. No help from Topaz. Clarity is also problematic. I've been using Topaz for about 6 years.

UPDATE:
I got annoyed enough that I uninstalled the entire Topaz collection and Photoshop then reinstalled both. 6 "plug-in alias" folders showed up on my desktop which corresponded with 6 of the topaz applications. Attempting to open them yielded an error message... afraid to get rid of them so I tucked them away in my document folder. Ugh! So it appears that all thhe apps are working OK except re-mask which will not apply the solid black background. When imported into photoshop I get the isolated item I masked and the transparent background, Ugh again! Ay least everything else appears to be working
