Here are a few sunsets across Percy Priest Lake in Nashville, TN. Taken with Nikon D3300 using Sigma 18-35mm ART lens on Sirui W-2004 tripod.
How have you found working with the Sigma 18-35, I have read on some focus was an issue? I got to use a Sigma 35mm F 1.4 on my Pentax K5ii and loved it, rented it from lens rentals for an event that I photographed.
I really like the Sigma 18-35mm ART lens alot. It is my favorite lens. It does not have OS (optical stabilization) so you have to be careful that you don't induce shake into the camera. On a tripod or hand held with the proper shutter speed, it takes beautiful shots. The amount of light it can let in is amazing. Some people may not like having to be careful not to shake the camera with it, but I have gotten really good shots with the Sigma. I hope this helps.
Nice images. The second one is a beauty.
Thank you. I appreciate it.
