Well, you did get some photos and will have those memories but I'm not sure this proves what you think it does.
Wonderful series! Thanks for sharing! I can't wait to do a similar trip some day.
I hope you tipped the guy on the horse!!
Excellent series of well composed landscapes.
My favourite is the one with the little girl and
the Mickey Mouse ruck-sack.
Well taken, I trust you enjoyed the trip.
The "horse picture." I saw that same kind of picture a couple years ago in a travel mag and said: "What a great pictures....right place at the right time. What's the chance I can get a picture like that knowing I'm going to Monument Valley." That man was as you can see was there when I went. What you don't know.....that is his every day job!?! He charges $10 for people to have their picture taken on the horse. Would have gotten a closer shot....but too much "doo-doo" under the horse for a good picture. Walked down a bit...waited for all the people to leave the area and took that shot.
Nice photos, glad you got your memories. Perhaps if you had used a polarizing filter some of the colors would have been enhanced and different lens would have produced different results.
Very beautiful shots, illininitt!

Perfect captures of awesome scenics, illininitt. Simple steps with elegant results! Would you mind telling me your handle?
I wanted Illininutt because I'm an Illinois fan. It did not come out right but I just left it anyway.
