I gave my 8 year old grand daughter a used Canon xti. She said I saw a pheasant (turkey) in the black yard and took her camera and ran out the door. She came back and said this is the best I could get!

Pretty good, our first grandson used grandma's old A550, until his Mom bought some rechargeable Nikon for him, he was more successful with the 550, it didn't need recharging, second oldest grandson uses one of the Elph series that his Dad bought him, nice when the photographic bug is passed down. Bob.

"grand pop" will buy one for her ......... i got taken for 3 canon T3i two lens kits and a sx50 and ipad... now some want more lenses... and they all use theirs more than i do
