I think that is a terrific shot. Not only good composition, good position of the duck, good sharpness for BIF, but good exposure too. Wood ducks are hard for me to get good exposure as the whites in the neck and head and the bill usually blow out if I expose properly for the dark green and purple on the head. Very nice shot.

Such a great shot and I can't even see the stick that's holding up that decoy!
I've got lots of shots of the Wood Ducks swimming but not one as good as your BIF, great shot!
