I've photographed the St. Lawrence Basilica on numerous occasions and especially the tile art work on the ceilings by Rafael Guastavino. One of my images was chosen to be the iconic representation of his work for the world tour exhibit of his artistry and life which will be permanently domiciled at the Swannanoa ValleyMuseum in historic Black Mountain, NC.

That is a beautiful photograph. It is obvious why it was chosen. Sharpness and composition are unsurpassed in my opinion.
congratulations--well deserved
I am surprised only three people have commented on this very lovely photograph. I guess there is quite a lot more interest in birds at feeders and landscapes.

Thanks Dennis!
You are very welcome. I honestly don't mean anything bad toward people who have not commented. We all see many photos here on UHH and I con't comment on all of them myself. I don't even look at all of them. Some are terrible photos of different subjects I just don't have much interest in. I understand that. But to have only three of us even mention the photo is strange to me.
Congratulations! I am a little late to the table, but this is a very nice image.
...as close to perfect symmetry as you can get! Nice!
