Not like any Democrats are jumping ship either. The fact that there are several factions of the Republican Party shows that they all don't just toe the line of the party bosses.

So if they get the majority, they will all be forced to toe the party line. Remember that when they had the majority and the ACA was enacted, they also had to bribe congressional people in their own party in order to get them to support it. Hardly a cohesive coalition at the time either. That said, there is way too much partisanship in the country today. Hopefully I will be long gone before it comes to a head.

Too many games and concerns over self preservation...unfortunately we have to deal with this on multiple levels. My town isn't bad,but my state is a prime example of dis-function,partisanship,uncontrolled spending and the biggest tax/fee increases in state history.
