I think you need to catch them in the early spring when that are feeling........amorous.
They have a number of these birds wandering freely around the Albuquerque Zoo and at this time of year there is almost always at least one feeling frisky.

I rarely look at a photo titled "Peacock" because I'm thinking "Yet another peacock," but this one I'm glad I clicked on. It is quite striking and not the usual composition. Did you plan that composition or crop to it? Either way, beautifully done.

Thank you. I'm traveling at the moment so I can't check the original but .....this image is kind of what I had in mind but the bird was strutting about quite a bit so I went large and cropped later.
