Whenever I see "India" in the subject line I know that I am going to see some spectacular images of great, for me, unknown birds. The Black Capped KF colors are incredible. Thanks for making my morning.

What a great series as always...with a great variety of your beautiful birds over there! I didn't know you had Shrikes...yours have a red belly...but then your birds are usually more colorful than ours.

These are excellent photos. I was recently on a houseboat in Kochi and saw a lot of kingfishers. You really captured, so to speak, some beauties.
