It seems like some folks want Trump to fail. If he does fail, they lose again because the USA loses. If he helps my country, they lose again because they want him to fail. It seems they are in a lose, lose or lose situation. What is wrong with this picture?

It's not a matter of wanting Trump to fail. Trump is failing, will fail, has failed. He is dirty in a big-time way, corruption with the Russians, corruption with the Chinese, violations of his lease, violations of the Constitution, money laundering, and much more.

He has lied repeatedly to his base and to voters in general. He has not the slightest conception of practical politics, nor the integrity to use in its place. He is mentally unbalanced, his word is no good, and he has a dishonest, and incompetent cabinet of his own making.

What we want is to bring this infection to a head, lance it, and piece together again the wreckage of our country.

I truly want Trump and all his ideas to fail. This country has never elected such a horrible person as its president. He's not helping our country, we once were the leader of the world, no more. We will confront him and try to stop him at every turn, he's destroying America.

I think there's a good chance he will be impeached. We'll have that idiot Pence then but hopefully, he'll be defeated.

If Ryan stands behind Trumpcare, he should be defeated if he runs next time also.

If PUTOS fails it's because of his own stupidity, no one else's.
No one is pulling the trigger on his gun, only HE can do that.
If you are on your horse and you want to go right but he starts to go left, what's the solution? Obviously you are a bit more forcefull in guiding the horse in your chosen direction . If he fails, it's because he or others steered him into failure.
The whole country wins if he fails, because failure is not an option in the presidency.
He will NOT fail for doing right or what the country sees as right or what the world sees as right.
He is now under investigation. If he has been honest, there is nothing to fear.
His track record has so far not been very stellar! It's cost everyone involved a lot of time and money and progress.
Like in manufacturing. You build one $10 item wrong then replace it with the correct one. Did the mistake only cost $10? How many of those mistakes can one make before the public just no longer has trust in its CEO?
IF PUTOS fails, it's not about us...., it's about him!!!

They want Trump to fail and be impeached, then they will want Pence to have the same fate, then they will want...

The long term problem for them is that the reason Trump was elected was due to how many Democrats voted for him. If they keep this up much longer they are going to convince even more Democrats to vote Republican. And that may be lead to the end of the two party system.

ONLY trump will cause trump to fail!
It does not matter one iota what anybody wants.
It matters not whether you want him to succeed and I want him to fail.
When one comes into a public office with a personal agenda, failure, or ineffectiveness is a higher probability.
That people want him to fail is your personal interpretation of what you think.
PUTOS failing is the United States failing! Nobody wants that.
But many would like to see a president that can govern without giving the country or the world the impression that our country is being run as a big Barnum and Bailey circus act!

This is an excellent point! In my little precinct in Cleveland, we had only 29 registered Republicans vs. over 300 registered Democrats. In the Primary Election, the Republican roles surged to 42! I know for a fact that many of these were people who had formerly voted in Democratic Primaries.

Exactly. I would like to know what they want. Do they want to nullify the election and have a do over? Do they want Trump to act like Obama? Do they want Pence as president? Do they want to appoint Hillary as president? I honestly don't know what they want.
