Greg, they were taken with the Canon 400L, f/5.6 lens. Even though it takes a lot longer for me to wedge the peanuts into the logs, the birds have shown a greater preference for being able to forage for them and in doing so, they provide some interesting shots. Especially the woodpeckers and nuthatches migrate to them as well as the suet log filled with homemade suet.
